In this role, as a Marketing Manager for Motion Graphics and Video Production, I led the creative direction and production of motion graphics across 7,000+ digital store screens nationwide, shaping visual storytelling for six major business markets. I defined the motion language and design systems for the Consumer Service Organization’s video and design studio, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand cohesion across campaigns. I developed multi-surface content strategies that unified physical and digital product experiences, and reimagined the company’s Smartboard interfaces with dynamic, brand-driven motion systems that increased engagement. I also built scalable toolkits, templates, and production systems adopted across teams, while streamlining workflows to improve collaboration, efficiency, and turnaround times throughout the creative pipeline.
Smartboard Screens
Across 7,000+ stores, smartboard touchscreens are a core channel for communicating brand messaging. I reinvented how these screens come to life—building a unique visual language and content framework that turned passive displays into high-impact, dynamic touchpoints. The result: traffic and engagement surged by more than 300%.
This content was also re-configured and adapted after performing regular store visits and performance metrics, where we would interview and gather feedback from the frontline, making sure that we were providing the best information to help increase the performance of the stores.

I was a key member of our cross-functional team supporting the company’s incentive programs, serving as a bridge between creative teams and stakeholders and using my motion design expertise to inspire and influence the direction of these communications. I designed and implemented strategies that significantly reduced revision cycles and established a streamlined workflow, ensuring the on-time delivery of time-sensitive assets.
By collaborating closely with partners across the organization, I helped define the system-level vision for motion and reimagined how incentive communications were presented—bringing greater clarity, increasing nationwide engagement, and unlocking the power of visual storytelling.
Apple Release Toolkit
With the release of the new Apple product lineup, I developed a more robust creative toolkit that seamlessly integrated both brands. I incorporated updated interface elements and visual cues from the new devices to strengthen brand association and deliver a cohesive, modern design system.
Each time a new device was released, our team was responsible for quickly learning the product’s innovations and key design features, then developing a strategy to communicate that information to specialists in a clear and engaging way. By leading the creation of graphic and video toolkits, I ensured every campaign delivered concise messaging and remained consistent, impactful, and fully aligned with brand standards.
