Todos a Aprender is an initiative by the Colombian Ministry of National Education focused on transforming and improving the quality of basic and early education. It assists teachers and school administrators by providing pedagogical resources, professional training, and in-class tutoring.

The program mainly focuses on improving teaching methods for Language and Mathematics. It uses a "cascade" mentoring method in which pedagogical experts train tutors, who then go on-site to work directly with teachers in their classrooms.
